  1. 1

macOS: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility → enable KeyShift AI. Quit and reopen Keyshift after toggling.

  2. 2

macOS typed trigger: Privacy & Security → Input Monitoring → enable KeyShift AI.

  3. 3

Use Keyshift → Settings → System to open the right pane and re-check status.

  4. 4

Command Palette (Ctrl+K) can work with Accessibility only; typed keyshift needs both on Mac.

Still blocked?

Remove Keyshift from the permission list, reopen the app, and allow when prompted again. On Sonoma/Sequoia, a full quit (⌘Q) after granting is often required.
