The service may include:

• Other AI-powered transformations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using KeyShift, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to use the service for illegal purposes.
• Not to generate harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Not to misuse the AI system.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and how you use the output.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all output before sending, publishing, or relying on it.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Fitness for a specific purpose

5. Subscription & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Paddle).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and design elements remain the intellectual property of Endri Demiraj (trading as KeyShift AI). You retain ownership of the text you submit. We do not claim ownership over your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyShift shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Any damages resulting from use of AI-generated content

Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
