Your credit balance has reached zero. You can purchase additional credits from the Billing page, or upgrade to Pro for 500 monthly credits.

The app won't connect to my account

Check your internet connection first. If that's working, try signing out and back in. Clear the app data by going to Settings → Sign Out, then sign in again. If the problem continues, contact support.

Auto-update isn't working

The app checks for updates automatically on launch. You can also check manually from Settings. If updates fail, download the latest version directly from our website and install it over your current version.
