At KeyShift AI, operated by Endri Demiraj, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase. This applies to all purchases including subscriptions and credit packs. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Email us at support@keyshift.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
Include the email address associated with your account
Provide your order or transaction ID (available in your billing page or payment confirmation email)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of a charge, you will receive a full refund for that charge. Your access continues until the end of the refunded billing period.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
